What we do with your details
Short, and in ordinary words. Reviewed August 2026.
The short version
We keep what you send us so we can quote your job and talk to you about it. That is the only thing it is used for. It is not sold, not rented, not swapped with anybody, and you are not signed up to anything by sending it.
The enquiry form
The form asks four things: your name, your phone number, your suburb and a description of the room. We also record which page the enquiry came from, because it tells us which parts of this site are answering real questions and which are not. That is the whole record.
Phone calls
The number shown on this site is a tracking number. Calls to it are connected straight through to us, and the service that routes them records the calling number, the time and the length of the call so we can tell which enquiries the site is producing. Voicemail messages are kept until they have been dealt with.
Measurement
There is no Google Analytics on this site, no advertising pixel, no chat widget and no third-party script of any kind. Nothing here follows you to another website. The only visit data we see is the anonymous traffic summary our host produces, which counts page requests and does not identify anybody.
How long any of it lasts
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted after twelve months. Where we have quoted or carried out a job, the records are kept for seven years, because tax law and the statutory warranty periods on building work both require it.
Having it removed
Ring 0468 047 067 and ask. Anything we are not legally required to keep is deleted, and you do not have to explain why you want it gone.
